Delaware Elevator, Inc. is dedicated to providing our customers with optimum results when it comes to preventative maintenance, call back service, repairs and testing to several different types of elevator equipment. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Here is a list of agreement options in order to determine your specific needs for maintenance.

• Full maintenance 24 hour/ 7 days a week – scheduled maintenance visits, annual safety/pressure test
• Full maintenance regular time – scheduled maintenance visits, call back service Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, annual safety/pressure test
• Full maintenance differential – scheduled maintenance visits, call back service responded after 5:00pm will be billed at the difference of overtime rates & regular time rates, annual safety/pressure test
